Swift has held the number one spot with "Red" for four weeks. The first three weeks followed its Nov. 10 debut on the chart.
Blake Shelton's holiday disc, "Cheers, It's Christmas" was eighth with 68,000 units sold, up 29 percent. Florida Georgia Line rounded out the top 10 with its debut studio disc, "Here's to the Good Times," which sold 63,000 units.
The charts will be officially out on Thursday.
